Nosferatu (1922) & Frankenstein (1910) – Someday Cinema Series
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to see both the first vampire film and the first Frankenstein film ever made, both silent screen gems, at the Edmond Town Hall. At the 1 PM matinee, we will enjoy a live piano accompaniment to both films by Ben Model. Ben performed last Fall for four silent screen short comedies, which was wonderful. There will be three showings of this 1938 classic film. 1 pm (with captions), 4 pm and 7 pm The quintessential madcap, screwball comedy, starring Cary Grant as a serious paleontologist, and Katharine Hepburn as an heiress, who have to search for “Baby” the jaguar for half of the film. Comedian Kurtis Conner
